01Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Data: Email address, name, phone, and hashed password when you register.
  • Usage Data: Interactions with CRM modules, sessions, clicks, and error logging.
  • Tenant Data: Leads, customer details, invoices, products, and workflows you create inside your tenant.
  • Device Data: IP address, browser parameters, and operating system properties for security audits.

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize CRM and ERP features
  • Authenticate tenant sessions and prevent unauthorized domain access
  • Process billing subscriptions and manage platform plans
  • Respond to support inquiries and perform bug diagnostics
  • Analyze aggregated system load to improve platform performance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

03Sharing of Information

We may share your information in limited circumstances:

  • With hosting and infrastructure vendors under strict privacy compliance agreements
  • When legally compelled by public authorities or under valid court orders
  • During organizational mergers or asset transfers, with advance user notification

04Data Security

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest on our databases. Access keys are stored in secure memory.

If a data integrity breach occurs, we notify all affected tenant administrators within 72 hours according to regulatory compliance rules.

05Security & Architecture

Thruoo employs isolated schema databases or secure multi-tenant partitioning to prevent data leakage between company slugs.

Platform administration routes are masked and access is strictly restricted to authenticated system operators.

06Data Retention

Tenant workspace data is maintained for the lifecycle of your active contract. If you close your company, all workspace records are purged within 30 days.

Anonymized diagnostic logs and metrics may be retained longer to optimize platform health.

07Your Rights

Depending on your legal jurisdiction, you hold rights to:

  • Access the profile and user database records we store
  • Modify inaccurate team, company, or user credentials
  • Request complete deletion of your tenant workspace
  • Limit data processing operations for certain modules
  • Request structured JSON data extracts of your records

To request any actions, contact our legal representative at privacy@thruoo.com.
