Terms of Service

To access the platform, you must complete the registration flow:

• Credentials: Provide accurate emails, brand names, and select secure passwords.
• Responsibility: You are liable for all transactions, orders, and payroll actions under your tenant domain.
• Verification: We reserve the right to audit and suspend unverified company profiles.
• Roles: Configure roles and staff permissions responsibly inside the user manager module.

Under these terms, you agree NOT to:

• Use the CRM/ERP services for illegal transactions or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to bypass session cookies, mock roles, or perform vulnerability scanning
• Scrape public directories or extract platform database contents without permission
• Upload malicious payloads, viruses, or run automated denial-of-service scripts
• Share admin credentials across multiple organizations or unauthorized users

Violation of this policy will lead to immediate account termination.

Platform billing rules include:

• Fees are automatically billed recurringly according to your selected plan cycle
• All transactions are final; no partial refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations
• Failing to pay within 5 business days will result in temporal tenant suspension

Workspace termination protocols:

• You can close your tenant at any time through the administration settings page
• We reserve the right to cancel inactive free-tier spaces after 90 days
• Suspension halts lead forms, API synchronization, and team channels
• All stored data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion from active servers
• Paid subscription balances are forfeited upon voluntary termination
